How Do Pre-Orders Work?

Pre-Orders allow us to fund the pins, we keep them up until they have been funded so it can take a couple days or a few weeks. Once they have been funded we send them to be manufactured which can take another 3-4 weeks.

When Will My Order Ship Out?

If your order contains a pre-order, it will depend on how quickly the pre-order goal is filled. It is then about 3-4 weeks of production to manufacture them. We do however ship out all orders IMMEDIATELY when we receive the pins from our manufacturer. If the item is in stock, you can expect to have it shipped out within 3-5 business days. 

How Do I Know My Package Has Shipped?

If you are domestic and select USPS First Class Mail, it does not include tracked shipping. If you choose USPS First Class Package or any other options, it does include tracking info which is sent to your supplied email address.

I Haven't Received My Package What Do I Do?

Check with your post office and check with your neighbors! Once packages have been shipped we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages/items. 

If you purchased any of the shipping methods aside from First Class Mail or Package, these do include insurance up to $100.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Absolutely! We do ship internationally, however, since shipping costs can be high, we always suggest joining/starting a Group Order! Email us to get more info on Group Orders/pricing.

Group Orders

Contact us if you are opening a group order via our contact page or social media. All group orders require a minimum of 10 orders to qualify. You qualify for discounted prices! Same shipping/production timelines apply.

Returns & Exchanges

We currently do not accept any returns or exchanges. If you haven't received your order or order confirmation feel free to reach out, however all previously stated still applies.


Due to COVID-19 we currently are not accepting any returns or exchanges for clothing. If we have not shipped your order yet, we can update your sizes, however once your package is shipped, all sales are final.
